WELCOME  TO  NEILS  NAVEL  EXPERIENCE

Dont get excited I dont mean cyber, I just spelt naval wrong!  I have compiled a series of pages to show those that are interested, a part of my past life which seems so distant now but has obviously shaped me into the person I have become.
